The Bayou Classic 5 in stainless steel thermometer is the same stainless steel thermometer included with our fish fryers and deep fryers. Works equally well in cooking oil or water. The 5 in thermometer is designed for use in shallow pots or deep fryers. Choose the 12 in model for turkey fryers and stock pots.
