4-3/4″d, white, blank up kit, screw holes 3-1/2″ apart, used to cover the outlet box after removal of an existing fixture, designed to sit flush with the ceiling or other mounting surface, for this to fit properly, electrical box must have mounting holes 3-1/2″ apart, includes 1 each 4-3/4″ blank up cover & 2 each 8-32 x 3/4″ screws.
